About the
Opportunity:
We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing and client-focused practice in Massachusetts. This position is ideal for an attorney with 1-2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration who is looking to expand their knowledge and work with a diverse client base, including business owners, real estate investors, and families seeking comprehensive estate planning solutions. While experience with business succession planning is a plus, it is not required. The firm is committed to mentoring and training the right candidate in advanced business planning and succession strategies. Responsibilities Draft and review estate planning documents, including: Wills Revocable and irrevocable trusts Durable powers of attorney Health care proxies Living wills and related advance directives Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and wealth preservation. Handle probate and trust administration matters. Conduct client consultations and develop customized estate plans. Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service. Assist with planning for business owners and real estate investors. Participate in business succession planning and ownership transition strategies as experience develops. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing. 1-2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or a related practice area preferred. Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Desire to grow professionally and develop expertise in sophisticated estate planning techniques. Preferred Qualifications Probate and trust administration experience. Exposure to business entities, real estate ownership structures, or succession planning. Interest in advising business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
