Job Description

Bacon Wilson, P.C., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Attorney to join our Residential Real Estate practice group in our Springfield office. The right candidate must have the desire to zealously represent our clients in our highly reputed and renowned Residential Real Estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Residential Real Estate Department Chair. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handle residential real estate transactions from contract through closing Review and clear title issues Prepare, review, and explain closing documents Conduct residential real estate closings Coordinate effectively with lenders, brokers, buyers, and sellers
Job Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Prior legal experience in residential real estate or a related practice area Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in document review Professional, client-facing communication skills Bacon Wilson, P.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. $82,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
