Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise across a diverse range of practice areas, including family law, protective orders, landlord tenant and various other matters . As a Junior Attorney, you will support senior attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with client consultations. This paid position is ideal for candidates eager to grow their legal skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity Assist in preparing cases for litigation by organizing evidence, drafting discovery requests, and summarizing case facts Support attorneys during client meetings by taking detailed notes and preparing relevant documentation Stay informed about developments in various practice areas such as family law, protective orders, landlord tenant and various other matters. Manage legal administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth workflow within the law office Participate in negotiations and client communications under supervision to develop practical skills in advocacy and negotiation strategies Requirements A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school or current enrollment in a qualifying program Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents Familiarity with legal research methods and legal drafting techniques Prior experience or coursework related to family law, protective orders, landlord tenant and various other matters or other relevant fields is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage case files and legal documentation effectively Join us to kick-start your legal career in a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration, and professional development. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
