The successful candidate will support Fortune 200 clients and more. Duties Draft and prosecute patent applications directed to advanced computing technologies. Engage with inventors and in-house counsel to analyze complex technologies. Develop strategic intellectual property portfolios under partner-level mentorship. Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction. At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably involving AI and ML. Strong technical experience in areas such as medical devices, semiconductors, or related technologies. Education Degree in Computer Engineering required. Certifications Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
