Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Desired Background:
- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
- Business disputes, breach of contract, fraud cases
- Victims' rights and injury cases that are nationwide
- Depositions, discovery and pre-litigation experience
- Legal research and drafting pleadings
