Job Description

Litigation Attorney. Kaufman, Payton & Chapa is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience for its practice in Farmington Hills. We are seeking attorneys to argue motions, contest hearings, arbitration, and trials.
Qualifications:
Draft, review, and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery. Must have strong communication skills, along with attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service. Candidates must be highly organized and self-motivated.
