Job Description
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its growing national real estate practice. This role offers exposure to sophisticated clients, complex cross-market transactions, and collaborative work with attorneys across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities The associate will advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, joint ventures, and development-related transactions.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and related agreements.
- Manage due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, zoning, and entitlement-related reviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support clients on day-to-day operational real estate matters. Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
- 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
- Colorado Bar Admission, or ability to become admitted promptly.
- Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, drafting, negotiation, and client communication. What They Offer
