Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of Estate Planning, including Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. A basic understanding of the probate process is also helpful. Experience is preferred, but not required. Strong legal knowledge and high attention to detail are valued. We are willing to train the right person, however we need a self-starter who can hit the ground running, is a fast learner and can make an immediate impact. Must have the ability to professionally speak with clients on the phone and in meetings, and patiently assist in answering client questions. Must have proficiency in MS Word and Excel, as well as general computer knowledge. Candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
