Retirement Plan Consultant SuperiorUSA Corporation Duluth, MN Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $70,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Retirement plan Qualifications Tax form completion Written communication Valuation Problem-solving Pension plans for retirement planning Critical thinking Full Job Description Third Party Administration firm focusing on the small to mid-size plan market seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant with experience in all aspects of plan administration to include: Completion of Annual Valuation Reports including the Form 5500. Performing all annual testing including ADP/ACP; coverage; non-discrimination including cross-testing, etc. Overall technical familiarity with plan rules including contribution limits, benefit restrictions under IRC 436, distributions, loans, hardships, etc. Preparation of Plan Documents, Notices, etc. using FT Williams Software. Applicants should have a strong desire to exceed client expectations and have an in-depth understanding of retirement plan rules and regulations. Looking for strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of critical thinking and problem solving attributes. Direct experience working with a TPA firm administering retirement plans is required. Pension education and credentials are valued and supported. High compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
