Banking & Finance Attorney

A well-established St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its Corporate/Transactional practice group in St. Louis. This role offers the opportunity to work with sophisticated lending institutions, commercial clients, and business entities on a wide range of complex financing and corporate matters. Responsibilities Represent banks, financial institutions, and commercial borrowers in lending and finance transactions Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documents and financing agreements Advise clients on secured transactions, credit facilities, and corporate governance matters Handle due diligence, transactional structuring, and closing processes Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, real estate, and commercial practice groups Maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development initiatives Qualifications 6+ years of experience in banking, commercial finance, and/or corporate transactional law Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial lending transactions Background in business, commercial, real estate, or general corporate matters preferred Missouri license preferred or ability to waive in This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking a collaborative environment with strong transactional workflow and long-term growth potential.
