Job Description

A respected St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Fiduciary & Probate Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes while working closely with high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and business owners. Responsibilities Handle contested probate, trust, and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution Represent fiduciaries, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and family members in complex disputes Manage matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, trust interpretation, guardianship disputes, and estate administration conflicts Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Collaborate with estate planning and business attorneys on related matters Qualifications 6+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to probate, trust, fiduciary, or estate-related disputes preferred Strong courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience Excellent legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills Experience handling high-conflict or complex civil litigation matters is a plus Missouri bar admission required or ability to waive in This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking a sophisticated litigation practice with strong mentorship, steady workflow, and long-term partnership potential.
