Job Duties:
Leads meetings while listening to arguments presented by the Taxpayer/Taxpayer Representative. Hearing Officers will make a recommendation of value; if all parties agree and sign the form, the appeal is completed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be a licensed attorney-at-law, licensed broker, licensed realtor or state certified real estate appraisers. Must have knowledge and experience with commercial real property, residential real property, and/or personal property to perform specialized duties. Applicants must provide a copy of their active license and proof that all County taxes are current. Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen/background check.
