Litigation Attorney - Personal Injur y (Full-time/Direct Hire) Salary range: $100,000-$150,000 A highly respected and fast-growing personal injury litigation team in the Springfield area is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their elite group of trial lawyers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment. About the
Role:
As a key member of the litigation team, you will work alongside other accomplished attorneys and firm leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients. You'll manage a caseload from inception through resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, and play a hands-on role in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial.
Responsibilities:
Manage a personal caseload from intake through trial or settlement Develop and implement case and litigation strategies Draft, review, and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and jury trials Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes Work directly with firm leadership and clients to move matters toward successful resolution Utilize focus groups to enhance case preparation and results Participate in continuing legal education to refine and elevate litigation skills
Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Admission to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation Exceptional writing and communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, elite litigation team
