A respected personal injury firm is seeking a Mississippi-licensed Associate Attorney for its Gulfport office. This role will involve handling personal injury matters from start to finish, with the support of an experienced team. The firm is open to attorneys at a range of experience levels and is willing to provide supervised training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation Obtain and analyze medical records and case-related documentation Take and defend depositions and manage discovery Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents Prepare cases for trial and assist with court proceedings Partner with senior attorneys on strategy, negotiation, and case progression Keep files organized and ensure timely case handling

Requirements:

Active Mississippi law license and good standing required Personal injury experience preferred Open to attorneys at different experience levels Strong organizational, advocacy, and writing skills First-attempt bar passage and top-third class ranking preferred #IND1

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
