Summary We are seeking a TN Attorney, with or without bankruptcy experience, to join the Mayfield Law Firm in our Southaven/Memphis office located on Goodman Road, Southaven, MS. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality legal representation and advice to our clients, contributing to our mission of achieving favorable outcomes. Responsibilities Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations Conduct thorough legal research and analysis Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and pleadings Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law Collaborate with other attorneys on complex cases Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations Manage case files efficiently and effectively Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active TN bar license Proven experience in litigation and legal research Strong negotiation and writing skills Familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
