Paul Robinson Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing plaintiff's personal injury practice serving clients throughout North Carolina. If you're currently practicing insurance defense and are tired of billing your life away, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. Instead of defending insurance companies, you'll have the opportunity to advocate directly for individuals and families who need your help.Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations Attend hearings and court appearances Prepare cases for trial Work closely with clients throughout the litigation process Collaborate with the firm's pre-litigation team to maximize case outcomes What Makes This Position Different?
