Ideal candidate will have 2 + years experience handling residential real estate transactions and enjoy working in a busy practice . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal counsel on a wide range of real estate matters, including property transactions, land use, zoning, and leasing. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents. Conduct thorough legal research on statutory laws, land use regulations, environmental laws, and other pertinent legal issues affecting real estate projects Manage due diligence processes by reviewing title reports, survey documents, and other property-related records. Represent clients in negotiations with stakeholders such as government agencies, lenders, tenants, and vendors. Prepare for and participate in court depositions and litigation proceedings related to property disputes or contractual issues Support transactional processes through meticulous contract drafting and review. Maintain comprehensive case management records using legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients during transactional discussions or disputes. Excellent research capabilities utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms. Effective client communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong writing skills for legal drafting and advocacy documents. Prior law office experience with a focus on real estate or related fields is highly desirable.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
