Job Description

Rock Spring Baptist Church of Louisburg, NC is prayerfully seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Students, Families and Discipleship. This position oversees the spiritual development of children, students, and young adults (birth through college) by providing leadership, developing volunteers and partnering with parents to ensure a cohesive discipleship strategy that aligns with the church's vision. Preferred candidates will have completed their theological education, have some previous ministerial experience and must adhere to the
BF&M 2000.
