Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join a well-established legal practice in downtown Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated real estate and business transactions and will enjoy working directly with clients in a collaborative environment. The Opportunity Handle a variety of commercial real estate and business transactions Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional documents Advise clients on business transactions, entity matters, and contractual issues Work directly with clients and other professionals to structure and execute transactions Conduct due diligence and identify potential legal and business risks Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys across the firm Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Wisconsina Bar membership 5+ years of transactional legal experience Experience with real estate and/or business transactions Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines Compensation & Benefits Full-time, in-office position Competitive benefits package Bonus opportunity Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative work environment To apply, or find out more, reach out to dan.krieger@gogpac.com
