Job Description

TRUSTS & ESTATES ATTORNEY JD LEGAL PLANNING, PLLC. A
respected fast-paced Fargo law firm dedicated to full service estate planning, business and farm succession planning and elder law, is growing! This position has the potential for ownership succession . To become part of our experienced team which includes 6 paralegals, to compassionately guide clients and families through their legal planning, we are looking for someone with one year of experience in estate planning, with strong academic and writing credentials.
The successful candidate will have:
. Outstanding interpersonal and drafting skills . Dedication to marketing and firm development . Strong interest in becoming a Certified Elder Law Attorney with the National Elder Law Foundation . Licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota.
