Trusts & Estates Attorney (Estate Planning / High Net-Worth) | New Hampshire | 5+ Years Experience | NH Bar Required A leading Northern New England business and litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its busy practice. This role focuses on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate work for high net-worth clients. The firm is one of the largest in Northern New England, attracting sophisticated, high-value work from national, regional, and local companies and individuals. Its culture centers on service — to clients, community, colleagues, and the profession — with a long tradition of civic leadership and community involvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience representing high net-worth clients in trusts and estates matters Experience drafting estate planning documents, including estate tax planning trusts Experience in probate and trust administration for high net-worth clients Experience preparing or assisting with estate tax returns and gift tax returns Superior legal writing skills Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar (required) Admission to the Massachusetts, Maine, and/or Vermont Bar a plus
What You'll Do:
Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents for high net-worth individuals and families Advise on estate tax planning and wealth transfer strategies Handle probate matters and trust administration Prepare or assist with estate tax and gift tax return preparation Work directly with high net-worth clients on complex, sophisticated estate matters
