Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including DUI, CrimI Al and Traffic Law. Other areas of law a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can develop your legal expertise while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:

Appear in Superior and Municpal Courts daily Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy. Trials Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings as needed. Assist in the development of case strategies Maintain organized case files and provide administrative support as necessary within the law office. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their cases and address any concerns. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters to enhance professional growth.

Skills:

Strong public speaking skills Proficient in legal drafting and documentation with a keen attention to detail. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests. Excellent research abilities to navigate legal databases and resources efficiently. Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear client interactions and documentation. Familiarity with DUI, Criminal and traffic law or related fields is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple cases simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate records within a busy law office.
