Rosenblum Law is a fast-growing, well-established firm with 20+ years of trust and results —and we're looking for a charismatic, confident Estate Planning Attorney who wants more than a traditional desk job. This role is perfect for entry-level attorneys (yes, no prior estate planning experience required ) who love working with people, enjoy being in the spotlight, and want to turn communication skills into serious earning power . If you can speak with confidence, connect quickly with clients, and thrive in a performance-based environment, this role offers the opportunity to earn well over $200K annually through base salary + sales-based bonuses. What You'll Do:
Client Consultations & Sales-Focused Conversations Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and confidently guide them through estate planning options Clearly explain legal concepts in plain language and close clients on the spot Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships Workshops, Seminars & Community Events Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events (content and training provided) Represent the firm with confidence, clarity, and professionalism Educate and inspire prospective clients in a group setting Collaboration & Growth Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client experiences Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Grow your legal, communication, and business skills simultaneously Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who has: J.D. from an accredited law school Active New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus) No prior estate planning experience required Strong presence, confidence, and charisma Comfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversations A client-first, sales-oriented mindset Motivation to earn bonuses and exceed income expectations Professional polish, energy, and emotional intelligence
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
