Qualifications:

Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar Significant experience in corporate and commercial/transactional law, with demonstrated expertise in complex agreement drafting and negotiation Deep knowledge of commercial contracts across multiple deal types—supply, distribution, licensing, collaboration, and strategic partnerships Experience advising and counseling business clients on a range of transactions, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance Familiarity with the medical device or life sciences industry, including regulatory frameworks Proven track record as a hands-on lawyer who can operate at both the strategic and tactical level Ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment Preferred Qualifications Experience advising on clinical trials Prior in-house experience at a Fortune 500 or large multinational company Background in supporting innovation, new product launches, or R D-driven business units future.
