Location:
Haddon Heights, NJ — primarily on-site, with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements depending on the candidate and specific circumstances.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have 2+ years of litigation experience, with at least 1 year of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, or healthcare litigation strongly preferred. Job Description Defend complex medical malpractice claims from inception through resolution. Manage litigation matters, deadlines, case strategy, and day-to-day client needs. Conduct legal research and develop persuasive litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents. Participate in discovery, depositions, negotiations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings. Analyze medical records, liability issues, damages, and case-related evidence. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other legal professionals. Work independently while collaborating closely with experienced attorneys and the broader legal team. Take initiative, think creatively, and identify practical solutions to challenging litigation issues. Qualifications New Jersey Bar admission required. 2+ years of litigation experience. 1+ year of experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, general liability, or healthcare litigation preferred. Strong legal research, writing, organization, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities. Strong judgment, initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Pennsylvania Bar admission is preferred but not required.
