An established law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience defending healthcare facilities and providers across a range of medical specialties.

Responsibilities:

Handle medical malpractice defense litigation matters. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda. Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and discovery responses. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, hearings, and meetings. Analyze complex legal and factual issues impacting clients. Maintain strong client relationships and communication. Manage case files and daily billing/time entries. Support business development and networking initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience. New Jersey Bar admission required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Trial experience is a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
