Your Role & Responsibilities As a Personal Injury Attorney with Sobo & Sobo, you will: Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, including trial. Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation. Represent clients at trial, advocating effectively to secure favorable outcomes. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for negotiation or litigation. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals while maintaining strong client relationships. Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and case management skills. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, candidates should have: A JD from an accredited law school. Active admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in good standing. Prior experience handling personal injury cases. Strong litigation skills, with the ability to independently manage cases through trial. A strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes for injured individuals.
