Investment Management Attorney (Associate)

Investment Management Attorney (Associate)Lowenstein Sandler's Investment Management Group is seeking a highly qualified 4th through 6th year Associate with strong investment management experience to be based from our NYC or Roseland, NJ office. Specific expertise in private fund (e.g., hedge fund, private equity fund, private credit fund, venture capital fund) formation and structuring is required. Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and regulatory/compliance experience is a plus. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, drafting skills, and communication skills.

The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2020 is $310,000 to $390,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
