Note This role requires 3+ years of personal injury or claims-based case management experience and 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a legal or claims setting. Job Description Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters through the pre-litigation phase Open, organize, and maintain files following client intake Maintain consistent client communication regarding treatment, case status, and next steps Track deadlines, records requests, medical treatment progress, and key milestones Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Prepare settlement demand packages and pre-litigation correspondence Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, investigators, and experts Support settlement discussions and assist with early resolution efforts Identify case issues early and escalate strategically to attorneys or leadership Ensure all case notes and systems are accurate, complete, and up to date Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in personal injury, claims, or legal case management 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience Strong knowledge of pre-litigation personal injury processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional, client-first mindset with sound judgment and discretion Why You Will Love Working Here You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility, supported by experienced leadership, and surrounded by professionals who take pride in their work.
