Our workers' compensation practice is built on aggressive advocacy, exceptional client service, and teamwork. We invest in our attorneys by providing outstanding support staff, modern technology, and a culture that allows lawyers to focus on practicing law—not billing hours. We're looking for an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to help lead our growing workers' compensation department. Position Summary This position is ideal for an attorney with significant workers' compensation litigation experience who is ready to take ownership of a substantial caseload while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. You'll have the autonomy to practice law, the support to be successful, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with one of Nevada's premier injury firms. Responsibilities Manage a full workers' compensation litigation caseload from intake through resolution. Represent clients before Hearing Officers, Appeals Officers, and District Court. Prepare and argue contested hearings and appeals. Draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, petitions, appellate briefs, and discovery. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Provide strategic guidance to case managers and support staff. Mentor junior attorneys as the department continues to grow. Deliver exceptional client communication and service throughout each case.
