Job Description
Attorney - Michael Hua Injury Law Michael Hua Injury Law is seeking a dedicated and motivated Attorney to join our growing personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will embody these values while successfully managing their own caseload from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage and handle your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters. Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct client meetings, depositions, and court appearances. Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with opposing counsel and insurance representatives. Keep organized, detailed files while ensuring all deadlines and case milestones are met. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to deliver high-quality representation. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada (in good standing). Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred. Proven ability to independently manage and prioritize a caseload. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Commitment to honesty, hard work, kindness, and competence in all aspects of the role.
