Location:
Las Vegas, NV. This is a fully on-site opportunity where you will work closely with our attorneys, support team, and clients in a highly collaborative office environment.

This is a 100% in-person role. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, team-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced client environment are essential. Nevada Bar admission is preferred, and recent graduates currently awaiting Nevada Bar results may also be considered. Our practice includes estate planning, probate, asset protection, and trust administration, and we pride ourselves on providing clients with personal, thoughtful guidance in a warm and welcoming environment. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage a busy calendar of estate planning clients and guide them through important personal and financial planning decisions. Counsel clients regarding wills, trusts, estate plans, asset protection strategies, and related matters. Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to client needs. Assist with probate and trust administration matters based on experience and practice needs. Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and practical legal guidance. Collaborate closely with attorneys, law clerks, and support staff to keep matters moving efficiently. Take ownership of client matters while continuing to expand your knowledge of trusts and estates law. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Nevada Bar admission preferred; candidates awaiting Nevada Bar results may be considered. Estate planning, probate, trusts and estates, or trust administration experience preferred. Strong client communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and ability to manage a high-volume calendar. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and collaborative team mentality.
