A Litigation Lawyer, also known as a litigator or trial lawyer, represent plaintiffs and defendants in civil lawsuits. They manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.

Experience in either Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury is acceptable. The ideal Attorney will have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and understand the Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement. Experience in Motion Hearings, Taking and Defending Depositions, Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedure, Discovery process, Negotiations, and Strong Analytical Skills are a must. You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own case load. Compensation:
