Job Description

Attorney - Licensed in any State THE JOB We are seeking a motivated attorney licensed in any state to join our fast-paced, high-volume litigation team representing debtors in collection matters. This is a multi-state practice that offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact—without billable hour requirements. This role is ideal for attorneys who enjoy owning their cases, thinking strategically, and working collaboratively in a supportive, congenial culture that values results, efficiency, and professional growth over rigid metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of consumer debt litigation matters Communicate directly with opposing counsel regarding case strategy, settlement, and resolution Communicate directly with clients as needed regarding escalated matters and paths toward favorable resolution outcomes Coordinate closely with paralegals and internal administrative teams to ensure efficient case progression Exercise strategic thinking in evaluating cases, prioritizing actions, and driving outcomes Identify opportunities to improve workflows, challenge inefficiencies, and enhance litigation practices Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures

Pay:
$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
