Job Description

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm of approximately 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking a full-time attorney for our Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Area. Practicing attorneys with a minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably in torts, are encouraged to apply. The position will be based in our Albany office. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State; have superior verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills; and have demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and develop and execute service strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in New York State and federal courts handling the defense of products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions.
Salary Range:
$115,000 - $140,000 This salary range represents the firm's good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
