Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Dallas, Chicago, New York, Orange County, Sacramento, and San Diego, MHS has a strong presence across major U.S. cities, providing its attorneys with robust professional development and career growth opportunities. MHS is seeking an attorney to work in its New York City office who will focus on litigating both product liability and employment cases in courts throughout the country. This attorney will help defend burn/fire cases, subrogation matters, toxic exposure matters as well as single plaintiff employment lawsuits. This attorney will work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and have opportunities to represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
