Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a motivated litigation attorney to join a collaborative legal team in Buffalo, New York. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex disputes for a diverse client base that includes businesses, corporations, and individuals. Responsibilities:

• Support all phases of litigation by helping develop case strategy, organizing evidence, and preparing matters for trial.
• Conduct legal and factual research involving case law, individuals, companies, and job sites to strengthen defense positions.
• Prepare motions, briefs, internal memoranda, and client-facing case updates with clarity and accuracy.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, and mediations as part of active case management.
• Review records and discovery materials to identify key facts, risks, and opportunities within each matter.
• Interview clients and assist in preparing witnesses so they are ready for testimony and other proceedings.
• Manage multiple assignments at once while maintaining attention to deadlines, detail, and overall case progress.
