Experis is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide legal support across technology, engineering, and finance projects. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements, advise business leaders on risk and compliance, and support bids and project delivery for Fortune 500 clients. You will conduct legal research, interpret regulations, and help develop policies and templates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with shifting client priorities and deadlines.
