Job Description

Experis is seeking a Staff Attorney to provide legal support across technology, engineering, and finance projects. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements, advise business leaders on risk and compliance, and support bids and project delivery for Fortune 500 clients. You will conduct legal research, interpret regulations, and help develop policies and templates. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with shifting client priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements Provide legal counsel on regulatory, privacy, IP, and compliance matters Support bids, proposals, and project delivery for Fortune 500 clients Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws and regulations Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and legal policies Collaborate with sales, operations, and project teams to manage legal risk Assist in dispute resolution and respond to legal inquiries Track legal and regulatory changes impacting IT, engineering, and finance services Required Skills Commercial contract drafting and negotiation Technology transactions Regulatory and compliance analysis Legal research and writing Risk assessment and mitigation Data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA familiarity) Intellectual property basics (licensing, ownership) Corporate and commercial law Stakeholder communication and advising Matter and workload management
