$175,000•$225,000 (commensurate with experience)

Settlement Commission:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage a full PI caseload from intake through resolution—depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, settlements Develop and execute litigation strategy to maximize case value on every file Coordinate with retained experts to build high-impact damages presentations Conduct and defend depositions across all NYC-area courts Draft and argue motions in New York Supreme Court and federal courts Maintain proactive client communication Participate in Keenan "Edge" methodology training and focus group testing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

JD + active New York State Bar admission 5+ years plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience Ability to independently manage a caseload and drive maximum-value resolutions Strong written, oral, and negotiation skills Preferred (Not Required): Trial or jury selection experience NJ, EDNY, or SDNY admission Labor Law §240/241, premises liability, or construction accident experience Spanish, Russian, or other language fluency Filevine or comparable case management platform experience
