Job Description

Commercial Litigation Associate - Garden City, NY / Hybrid - Our client, a boutique firm with concentration in real estate, contracts, trusts and estates, and tort litigation, is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to their Garden City location. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years' comprehensive litigation experience handling commercial, contractual, and/or real estate disputes. Additional requirements include strong writing/communication/courtroom skills, excellent client service skills, proven skills in dispositive motions/depositions/arguments, and admission to NYS and federal (EDNY & SDNY) courts. The salary range for this opportunity is $125,000 - $140,000 (based on experience) , and includes medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K with ER contribution, FSA, hybrid work schedule (3-days in office/2-days at home), and 3-weeks PTO. #
