Job Description

Description Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the New York Bar. Minimum 3 - 5 years of litigation experience. Excellent writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
