Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support. Your energetic approach will help clients navigate complex legal processes with confidence and clarity. Duties Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and spousal support negotiations Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to build strong case strategies Draft comprehensive legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and clarity Negotiate favorable outcomes for clients through mediation or settlement discussions Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines Stay informed on evolving laws related to family law, estate planning, immigration law, tribal law & regulations, and other relevant areas Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving estate planning, environmental law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and landlord-tenant law to provide holistic legal support Skills Proven expertise in family law with a strong understanding of divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support issues Exceptional research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw for comprehensive legal analysis Excellent legal drafting and writing skills to produce clear pleadings and client correspondence Strong negotiation abilities to facilitate settlements that benefit clients while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and landlord-tenant law is highly desirable Effective litigation skills with experience managing court appearances and trial preparation Legal administrative experience including case management and document organization to ensure efficiency in a busy law office Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development Join us to champion the rights of families while advancing your legal career in an energetic environment dedicated to excellence!

$88,778.54 - $106,916.09 per year
