Job Description
Small-size firm handling high volume real estate closings is actively searching for a real estate attorney. Must have a car to travel to and from closings. Position is full-time, in office. Salary commensurate with experience. Experience is preferred. However we will train the right detail-oriented and motivated candidate.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and reviewing contracts and purchase agreements Reviewing title reports and clearing title issues Preparing closing statements, closing disclosures and HUD1s Coordinating due diligence for a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions Contract signing consultations with clients Reviewing UCC, judgment and lien searches Preparation of loan documents for various lenders Drafting wills and trusts Handling probate and administration proceedingsEducation Requirements:
