Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-2 years of experience in immigration law to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to immigrant rights, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and federal courts. Responsibilities Represent clients in removal defense proceedings, asylum hearings, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, and other immigration matters. Prepare and file applications, petitions, motions, and briefs before USCIS, EOIR, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs. Attend immigration court hearings, USCIS interviews, and bond hearings. Communicate effectively with clients, providing case updates and guidance throughout the legal process. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies. Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction (good standing required). 1-2 years of experience in immigration law , including family-based petitions, asylum, waivers, removal defense, and employment-based cases. Experience appearing before EOIR and USCIS preferred. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills . Ability to handle a fast-paced caseload and meet deadlines.
