Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Matrimonial Attorney with at least 4 years of family and matrimonial law experience to join our well-established and highly respected law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment while helping expand the firm's matrimonial practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, property distribution, and related litigation. Candidates should have an existing book of business and also demonstrate an interest in client development, relationship building and contributing to the continued expansion of the firm's matrimonial practice. Responsibilities Manage matrimonial and family law matters from inception through resolution Handle court appearances, negotiations, mediations, and litigation Maintain and grow client relationships Contribute to the strategic growth and continued development of the firm's matrimonial practice Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across practice areas Qualifications At least 4 years of matrimonial/family law experience Admission to practice in New York Demonstrated ability or interest in practice development and client engagement Existing book of business preferred Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional client service What We Offer Salary based on experience and portable business, plus productivity-based bonus Opportunity to join an established firm with an excellent reputation Collaborative and supportive work environment Strong administrative and operational support Platform for continued professional growth and practice expansion
