Job Description:
This leading boutique firm seeks a Partner level attorney to join its busy Corporate Practice, taking full autonomy of matters, with a distinct focus on M&A. The incoming attorney will work hand-in-glove with the New York Managing Partner; former Gibson with a robust media, entertainment, and sports background. A portable book of business is welcome, but not required. The firm has a highly collegial culture, emphasizing work/life balance and legacy building. More senior Partners invest deeply in their attorneys so they can take on leadership roles within the firm and ensure its longevity for years to come. Compensation DOE, $300k-$500k+
