This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 3+ years of New York plaintiff-side personal injury experience who are looking to take the next step in their career by mentoring junior attorneys, overseeing a team, and expanding their leadership responsibilities within a collaborative environment. Pay Range $150,000 - $200,000 DOE This role is full-time and is on-site at our New York City office in downtown Manhattan. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor junior attorneys and support staff through all phases of litigation and case management. Help maintain positive and professional relations with clients, colleagues, staff, and opposing counsel through strong communication and professional conduct. Manage a high-volume caseload while overseeing workflow, delegating responsibilities appropriately, and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and strategically. Conduct legal research and prepare documents necessary for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparation. Education and Experience Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required. 3+ years of NY-based plaintiff personal injury experience is required. License to practice in NY required. Qualifications An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to perform this job successfully. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems. Experience with Filevine is a plus! Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
