Job Description

Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking a senior finance attorney with at least six years of experience for the firm's Rochester or Buffalo office. Experience with negotiating credit and security agreements and M&A financing preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting and negotiation experience and strong academics. This is a client focused firm with a highly regarded Finance Practice and an excellent reputation including numerous Chambers rankings. As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $159,000 - $192,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as qualifications, experience and skill level.
