Commercial Litigation Associates -Smithtown, NY- Our client, a cutting-edge, technology-forward law firm specializing in complex business/commercial, real estate/property dispute, labor/employment, and AI compliance cases, is in search of a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate and a Commercial Litigation Associate who are strategic thinkers and excellent legal case researchers .

Senior Commercial Litigation Associate:

Ideal candidates should have 8+ years' Litigation experience , solid motion writing and discovery experience, client management experience, trial/settlement experience, and experience dealing with complex cases in new areas of law requiring the writing of arguments from the ground up. Hands-on experience with law firm technology (including AI) is required, as is being comfortable and capable working collaboratively on strategic plans of attack and case handling. Plaintiff experience preferred.

Commercial Litigation Associate:

Ideal candidates should have 2+ years' litigation experience , legal research and motion writing experience when dealing with complex cases in new areas of law requiring the writing of arguments from the ground up. Experience with law firm technology (including AI), trial/settlement experience, and being comfortable working collaboratively on strategic plans of attack and case handling are a huge plus. Plaintiff experience preferred. The salary range for the Sr Commercial Litigation Associate opportunity is $160k up to $200k (based on experience and capabilities) and the salary range for the Commercial Litigation Associate opportunity is $90k-$150k (based on experience and capabilities ). Additional benefits for both roles include medical coverage, 3-weeks PTO, 401k, coverage of all professional fees (licenses, CLEs, etc.), and bonuses. #
