Job Description

A respected midsized law firm in the Cincinnati area is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles a broad range of legal matters, but this position is specifically focused on estate planning and related services for individuals, families, and business owners. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and well-established practice. Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, financial, and family goals. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents. Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters as needed. Counsel high-net-worth individuals and families on asset protection, tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies when applicable. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and trusted legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas within the firm. Participate in business development and networking efforts to help grow the estate planning practice. Qualifications Active Ohio law license in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of direct estate planning experience required. Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills. Ability to independently manage matters while working collaboratively within a team environment. Experience handling sophisticated estate planning matters is a plus. Candidates with an existing book of business or established referral network will be given priority consideration. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
